Victor was born in West Covina, California.Victor had always had dreams of being a firefighter and joined the fire service in January of 2006.

Victor is a graduate of Brook Hill High School in Bullard Texas, obtained his EMT certification at Tyler Junior College and is currently attending the Kilgore College Fire Academy.
